Hi guys, urgent question here- I brought some leather boots to a repair guy today because they had some tears, and not only did he do a horrible job of stitching them up, he sprayed them inside out with leather conditioner that is so pungent I can’t breathe when I’m near my shoes. I wanted to wear them tomorrow for my birthday, so please if there’s any solution to getting this chemical stench out I’ll try it. It seems like he sprayed the inside of the boots as well even though it’s just elastic fabric.
