Problems with resist! Help!

Post Body
I used fiebings turquoise leather die for my latest piece and it turns out beautiful. Brilliant blue. Very vibrant. But every time I try and put pro resist on top of it for antique, the blue becomes a muddy grey blue.
Used one coat this time.
In fact the resist makes ALL of my colors muddy, darker, and less vibrant.
What is happening? This stuff is clear why is it ruining my bright colors?
