Horse Leather: Shell Cordovan vs Culatta

Post Body
This is a long shot but I'm hoping someone can help,
I bought these used horse leather derbies that originally came in two different types of horse leather: shell cordovan and culatta. The shop I bought it from does not know which version it is as they are just a consignment. Would anyone be able to tell and judge which of the two it is from these pics?

Agreed, culutta smooths out with use but creases, thatโs my vote too
