Hi, I’m making a computer case. I used already light tanned leather, but the shop said I could still use a pro dye saddle tan to make it a bit more dark. But now my leather is looking super uneven and I think I did a pore job dyeing it and I have no more saddle tan dye.
Now I’m wondering if I could use black pro dye to just cover up the bad dye job and make it all black?
(Btw, when dyeing the leather I dyed the top layer with a sponge. Some places, like the edges, the dye came all the way through to the “inside” side of the leather, and these spots look more greyish and weird and no where near the saddle tan they had in the shop)
