Learning a Fretless instrument. How accurate should my tuning/intonation be?
Post Body

I've been taking Sarangi lessons for a few months and having had no experience with Fretless instruments before, I struggle with the precise intonation of my notes. I've recently resorted to practicing with a tuner in front of me and I made a few observations.

-I always play the I and V note ~10-15 cents sharper.

-The VI is always ~20 cents flatter.

-The rest of the notes tend to be ~5-10 cents flatter.

My question is:

How precise should I be in getting the right note?

I know I shouldn't obsess about it and a small variation is acceptable... but what is that variation? /-5 cents? 10 cents? 20 cents? I would guess its relative to the person and how much ear training experience they have. But can anyone give me an idea of how much of a variation is acceptable for amateur musicians playing a fretless instrument? All other
