I manage and IGL for a csgo team and I’m trying to gather more data on what I could be doing for the team.
I think providing clear expectations for when practice is, what happens during and after has really helped us get better.
I think what is holding us back is the people who are making it to practice end up not being able to make it to scrims and matches. This three pm cst time for the Pgl tournament was brutal yesterday. Most team members had to skip work or school or the flip was stuck at work or school and couldn’t make it. How would you manage a team member saying they were going to make it but last minute said they had to work?
What has been some of the reasons for your teams success that occurred outside of the server?
