Switching sensitivity and getting used to it

What tips would you guys recommend for switching sensitivities? For about 2 weeks i had gotten used to playing on a mouse with 1.3 sensitivity, but now im on a different mouse which requires higher sensitivity 4-5 because if you flick the mouse quickly the cursor would glitch all over the place. What do you recommend to getting used to different sensitivities?
