Game won't go to loading screen

Idk if this also happens to everyone but whenever I play aram and it's time to load the game, I can't get to the laoding screen it just stays on what I have open, the way I resolve the issue is that I end task the client on task manager and keep reconnecting until I get to loading screen, but I wanna know what causes this, I already reinstalled the game and restarted my pc but it still happens every time I try and load a game. Please help
