Why doesn't Yasuo build Triforce? (Or a sheen based item)

Is there just not enough room in the build to do it? He seems like a perfect candidate for sheen (apart from the wasted mana) Lots of very spammable spells that benefit from on hit things (like Ezreal but faster.)
Is it just because it doesn't have crit anymore? Or maybe because its too expensive? What gives?
