Critique my Annie Build

I've played a lot of annie, and my problem was sustainability. after playing with vlad, and seeing the spell vamp on him i tried it with annie and went 17/6/8 and then 15/5/10. which is much better than i usually do. I went Ionian boots, SotSW, Morellonomicon, D Cap, Rylais, and liandrys. is this a good build or did i just happen to play well lol
