Soul gives as follows, all allies apply frostfire, at 5 stacks it triggers dealing dmg (scaling off 50� and 35%AP) based on person to trigger the fifth stack and applying empowered rage of plus 80movespeed to the person who triggered the final hit for .5seconds. abilities like Lulu's and Nami's auto buffs wont double dip, I.E a draven with sheen, Q, and lulu buff wouldn't instant trigger, it would count for 1 as all dmg was applied through ONE auto. Seraphine's passive would trigger it once, DPS toggles like Amumu's/urgots could trigger one stack per second.
