So to start things, i was trying to get the maximum amount of ad on mundo (getting health and ad items) ended up getting to like 1.1k ad with only 20 stacks on heartsteel *(and 5 items)

what i found strange is that conditioning was giving me only the raw stats and not the 3% extra resistances so level 18 it gave me 8. no 3% , with hulllbreaker giving me 75 stats i ended up with 10 extra Armor and magic resist, even thought my magic resist isn't even above 100 and my Armor is around 140 even more strange, the rune knows its wrong and shows the correct figures on the rune page but when i hover over my own armor and magic resist its all wrong.
