Description: Galio's passives cooldown should reduce with Cooldown Reduction stat, but due to Cooldown Reduction being replaced by Spell Haste, Galio can not reduce his passives cooldown through spell haste.
Steps:
- Choose Galio
- Purchase the "Ability Haste" stat
- Attack with a basic attack while your passive is not on cooldown
- Notice even with all the spell haste stat you have purchased, even when hovering over the spell haste stat in your stats panel when holding C displaying your total cooldown reduction, your passives cooldown will remain the base value (5 seconds).
