I would be looking for your input on what approaches are missing regarding leadership development.

I'm creating a Slack and Teams-integrated AI chatbot that uses coaching techniques and methods to help people with leadership development. The main idea would be to make these tools accessible for people whose companies are not by default investing, as coaching, in general, is quite expensive.

Currently, I'm basing my models on the following:

ACT helps people identify their core values and develop psychological flexibility, which leads to resilience.

CBT to identify self-defeating beliefs, subconscious change resistance, and activate new habits and behaviors that are helpful for leadership development.

Motivational interviewing helps people identify their intrinsic motivation factors.

Narrative coaching helps people develop a helpful and empowering inner dialogue.

Solution-oriented approach to make people more resourceful in problem-solving.

Positive psychology helps people identify their strengths and capabilities better.

a handful of innovation, strategy, leadership, and systems thinking methods. Overall I have around 45 different frameworks.
