I’ve seen a number of posts where folks have posted about having applied to hundreds or even a couple of thousand jobs.
How many of these jobs are even close to what they are primarily qualified to do ? Has anyone posted a breakdown of how wide the net has been for them ? if you’re searching and maybe you can find a dozen jobs at best that are similar to what you do seems a more likely scenario ?
Do folks use any automation tools to apply for these things ? A big bottleneck seems to be when companies take you to their site and make you re create your resume in their templates.
Thank you
