I currently work in the misdemeanor division prosecuting cases. We just had several people leave and have very low staff because of it. I have court every two weeks and the judges expect for all informations/answers to discovery to be completed before each docket week., along with pleas to be conveyed well in advance.
I have been staying late and working on weekends to stay caught up (even then, it is a lot with trials being in the mix). Any recommendations for best attacking a misdemeanor docket, or being more efficient with a docket as a prosecutor?
