Is the legal market cooling?

Since the beginning of 2024, I fee like we're getting an influx of resumes. We are also getting recruiters actively calling us asking if we have needs. This is a far cry from 2021 when we couldn't find candidates at all. Is the market cooling and/or correcting?

This is it exactly. Young lawyers don't seem to want to stay in smaller flyover cities. Particularly young lawyers who do niche/specialty work.
