I am frankly appalled at the kind of numbers I see thrown around here. You guys are getting massively exploited.
Throw off your chains, folks. You have a sympathetic NLRB at your backs, but that wonβt last much longer.
Unionize against who?? The insurance companies? They aren't your employer. Or do you mean all ID law firms get together and demand higher rates? As in violate antitrust law?
EDIT: I suppose associates could unionize against the firm that employs them. But most ID firms around here are relatively small. So 6-8 associates could unionize. But that sounds like the kiss of death to your career if you ever want to make partner.
