Deadline to serve complaint MA

Do you find courts unforgiving on a deadline to serve Complaint? superior court civil case where I have had motion to extend time to effectuate service allowed a couple times because the defendant is an estate and PR not appointed yet.
But now PR was appointed and I made mistake on calendar, deadline to serve by is Monday. I filed motion to extend for 14 days on Friday but won’t know decision until Monday.
I can serve quickly but might not be able to by Monday
