Hey everyone, I’m about 3 years out of law school. I graduated in the middle of the pandemic so for the first year I just took the first gig I took. Then after that I spent 2 years doing estate planning, unfortunately lost the gig.

I’ve recently joined a personal injury firm, out of all the different jobs I applied for. I’ve noticed that at least a good portion of my coworkers are kind of miserable and bitter. I like hungover on a Wednesday bitter. I am still brand new so I haven’t really gotten into the full swing of working.

Is this the normal trend of personal injury attorneys? Also any tips for someone who is super brand new to the PI field?
