I was pulled over with my supervisor in my car. The cop said the reason was because I failed to yield to on coming traffic. This pull over let to a search of my car and drugs were found. Ya see, there was no on coming traffic. My supervisor and I just looked at each other and said"what car". My question is how legal was the search? The cops are lying and my supervisor said she will testify that there was no on coming traffic. How likely is it that it will be an illegal search? I got a charge for the drugs but no traffic ticket.
