Weed Identify

My yard has this weed/plant growing. Normal weed killer does not get rid of it. There used to be a pear tree that was taken down. I had someone re-level my lawn. I am afraid that pear seeds were spread across the lawn. Is this that, or some other weed?
Normal weed killer does not kill this stuff.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you
