I recently bought a "Green Machine" lawn mower. Even the first battery did not halve over a 20-minute cut, and the thing comes with two batteries, so my "range anxiety" turned out to be pointless. What I don't like is it is RWD, which I didn't even think about when buying. I had a Toro with a FWD propeller and when I needed to turn, I'd just lift to nose and turn. With RWD, I cannot do that and if I don't shut the machine off, the wheels rip off the grass where I turn. I couldn't figure out how to turn the propeller off but not the blade (yes, I read the manual). How do you work with RWD mowers? Any tricks handling the RWD?
PS: We have an HOA that is responsible for cutting the grass, but I don't like them coming into my backyard and ruin stuff, so I need this to be good 😅
