I burst into tears during my last lecture (so embarrassing) and I’m in my bed staring blankly at the ceiling right now trying to figure out how I’m going to pass this course. I don’t get it. I love my professor but I think she speaks too fast and goes over concepts too quickly. Everyone in my class seems to be grasping it more than me. I think I need to turn to outside sources to teach myself the material because the course structure is just not conducive to my pace and comprehension skills. (Or maybe I’m just an actual idiot and need to drop out of the program if it’s only been three weeks and I’m already on my knees.)
I ordered Glannon’s Explanations and Examples online today and it’s being shipped but is there anything else that’s not super expensive that I can do to prevent myself from falling more behind? Should I quit my full-time job to throw all my energy at this?
