I really donāt know if you guys realize how often your topic of conversation is about someone else (aka gossip; whether good or bad)
I challenge you to pay attention in a day how many times you are finding yourself saying āhim/she/they said/they/this persons nameā did this/ said this/ wore this / behaved like this. Even more: watch how much the people youāre talking to are doing it.
It is amazing how invested you appear to be in everyone elseās lives, and are passing constant judgments and opinions about them and are boldly comfortable with talking endlessly about others without them being present.
Why is it that you donāt talk about yourself, another subject, or even about the person in front of you?
Just a reflective challenge that I hope you find some benefit from; and remember, as already obvious to you, others are paying attention to how often and how you speak about people; especially when itās the only* thing out of your mouth.
