I’m a 1L at CK and I’m taking CrimLaw over the summer. It’s a 10 week course and we just got done with week 5. I want to get started on my outline, but I have no idea how to start.
My prof structures his course after the textbook Understanding CrimLaw by Dressler. We never get assigned readings from that book but the casebook he put together is based off that.
If any current or former law students could help this dude out I would be very grateful!!! Especially if you graduated from CK 😩
