Can I file for moral damages?

Post Body

Hello everyone! Can you please help me with my situation? I'm currently renting here in Metro Manila, and the place I'm renting is decent. However, our neighbor, who is the sibling of the property owner, claims that it's already their property. I've been receiving eviction letters from them, and these are not notarized. I gave the letters to my landlord, and we had a hearing at the barangay, where it was decided that the sibling should not interfere since the property I'm renting is not theirs.
Now, we received another eviction letter and another hearing notice from the barangay, again from the property owner's sibling. My question is, can I file a case for harassment or moral damages against the sibling of the property owner? First, I'm not dealing with them directly, and they are not part of the contract. I communicate with the real owner, and they are also troubled by the situation. Everything is documented, and I have receipts from them confirming that the property is indeed theirs. I don't understand why I'm being dragged into this issue. They should be the one communicating, I haven't got any sleep and it's giving me anxiety. I can't move since the place is good and I've been paying it monthly.
