Question regarding DOAS (Deed of Absolute Sale)

Post Body

Hi. Iā€™m in the process of buying a house & lot from my mother for a cheap price (500k), may nahanap na po akong tao who will assist me sa title transfer. First time ko po kasi narinig yung ganitong issue. Should I follow this advice po or ok lang na mag stick ako sa original price? Thank you in advance po sa makakasagot.
