There's this app called LexMeet but unfortunately my newer-ish android phone is not supported. It works on my Iphone but the earliest I can get a consultation is Monday 4pm. Too late bc the meeting set at 1pm Monday is when I need the legal advice.

Update: Spoke to someone from here, thank you so much for hearing me out and offering legal advise without anything in return.

With enough lead time, I was able to meet a laywer on LexMeet / Lex Meet at an affordable rate of Php 36/min. It was something like 2k for an hour.

I had technical issues, device compatibility with the app but in the end, my legal matter is on the process of being resolved.
