Stagnating at work
Post Body

Hi everyone. I’m about 6 months into my job and overall the experience has been really great. I love the people I work with, hours aren’t bad, enjoy the work, etc. That being said, I’m worried because I have been here for 6 months and only work on one type of agreement and nothing else. I was told I’d be working on several types of agreements when I applied for the job but still have yet to work on these. I have mentioned in the past that I would love to work on new agreements and always offer to help and pick up extra work, but it’s to no avail. I’m really worried that this is going be detrimental when it comes to my knowledge/experience/general drafting experience. I should note that I graduated law school May 2021. Any thoughts on what I should do here? Thank you all in advance :)
