I recently applied for a job that asked for much more experience than I have (I only graduated law school this May). I have some experience with the work listed in the application but I definitely don’t have all the experience they want nor do I have the experience in terms of years requested. I wasn’t expecting to get an interview at all, but they reached out and I now have an interview next week. So, I guess what I’m asking is, does anyone have advice for how to land a job even when you’re lacking in experience? Lol this is such a silly question but I really want this job, so I figured it’s worth it posting here asking for help! Thanks everyone.
