Hi everyone, I graduated law school in May and I’m starting a new job tomorrow at a boutique firm. Honestly, I’m terrified. For some reason, I’m convinced that I’m not going to do well and that I’m not going to know how to do anything. I know you really learn how to be a lawyer at your very first lawyer job, but the partners seem very stressed out and I’m worried they’re going to expect me to know much more than I do. Also, the partners scare the living crap out of me lol. Does anyone have any advice for dealing with new job anxiety, and/or have any tips that could assist me with succeeding at this firm? Thank you so much!
