Phone answering services question
Post Body

I’ve searched this sub for an answer to the following issue, but didn’t find a good solution. I am a year into solo practice and so far so good. It’s just me and I do a fair amount of court work, meaning I’m not always in my office. Because I’m not in my office, I miss a lot of phone calls and more often than not, the callers don’t leave a message.

I’ve looked into the various answering services and they seem a bit too pricey for the volume of calls I get. I’d estimate that I get roughly 3-5 calls per day from potential new clients. I know this is a basic question, but what do you all recommend as a cost-effective solution?
