Is it "normal" to leave a firm after articling?
Post Body

Title. I'm articling at a largeish firm. I pretty much hate it, and don't want to work there longer than I need to. I also don't want to worry anymore about getting a hire-back offer or not. Anyway, my question is, will other firms hold it against me if I want to leave already? I'm halfway through my articles and will be done in the summer. When should I start looking for another job? Will my current firm be pissed that I'm wanting to leave already? Will my bar call be awkward? Any tips or advice for navigating this is appreciated. Thanks.
