Is it just me or has this show gone completely downhill?

Im a life long L&O fan and all its spinoffs, but these last 2 season just seem.. boring, predictable, rushed.. I mean its lost all its realism, drama.. I dont know whats going on. They dont even serve or present legal documents properly anymore..
Maybe Im just bitching but its just not doing it for me anymore. Am I in the minority here?
