Pay $2K/month to be this dude’s property manager

Dude owns what I’m guessing is an AirBNB around an hour and a half south of me. He’s wanting to rent out the bottom apartment of the building, which I’m guessing is self-contained, for $2,000 a month. The catch is that you have to commit to several years, and he wants you to work as his quasi-property manager when he’s not there (the majority of the time I’m assuming, since he lives in my town). But hey, utilities are included so it must be a good deal right?!
