Not able to re-subscribe, no way to contact support?!

Absolutely so frustrated. My premium subscription didn't auto-renew, and I have been trying to renew it. I get a website error every time I try and renew, and every time I try and go to the support pages/contact us. How on earth do I get help if their website keeps giving me an error message at every turn?! Switching to another password manager at this point seems appealing, that has customer support available after logging in with a lot more ease.
