Who gets what gold gear next?

Greetings, fellow commanders. Just hit 750 ceramic and wondering what to get next for my heroes.
Front row (Murphy & Violet) have gold M5 railguns and M5 armor. Purple radar and chip.
Back row (Marshall, Kimberly, Mason) have gold M5 railguns and M5 chips. Purple armor and radar.
What should I upgrade to gold next? Should I start working on gold M5 radars for everyone? M5 armor for back row? M5 chips for front row?
