Hey all!

Newcomer to LE, and wanted to try a build without following a guide or something!

So, I just got these gloves (https://www.lastepochtools.com/db/items/UAzCswDgZiA) and now I want to play around with an ignite build, and decided to go with a marksman. I am eyeing both Cinder Strike and Hail of Arrows right now, especially since I have this quiver: https://www.lastepochtools.com/db/items/UAzDMEYA4E4g.

My question is as follows: can I use these two uniques together? My goal is to use "Bleed on hit" with the quiver to scale the bleed chance on Hail of Arrows (which is then converted into ignite chance thanks to the passive in Hail of Arrow's tree). But if I use these gloves, which convert bleed chance into ignite chance does the conversion from the quiver still works?
