BSOD issue only while playing Monolith

Hi guys, we've complained about this issue multiple times before in multiple different posts, but this BSOD issue is really driving me crazy. No other game gives me this error and everytime it happens i report the bug so that they can get the data behind the crash. I raised a support ticket with the team and got this response back:

If your PC is BSOD, that would not be coming from Last Epoch, and is a hardware issue.

This feels like a big ass cop out from the support team blaming my 1 month old laptop for issues that only happen during last epoch and no other game.

What do you guys think?
