Lost my progress

Help!!! I logged into the game and it was like it started a new game so I connected to my Google account and nothing changed... Then it asked me if I wanted to restore my progress so I said yes. Now it has kicked me back to level 10ish and I was on level 78ish... I have spent a lot of time and money please help.
