Used Gravograph LS100 Advice

Looking for advice, have an opportunity to trade for a used LS100 from 2006. 30W laser engraver with cabinet exhaust stand and filter. I know nothing about laser engravers but I’m a hobby woodworker and could expand into custom engraving.

How usable are these older units? Are parts hard to get? How do I know if it works properly? What concerns should I have?

Seller says he inherited it from his grandparents trophy shop after they passed and never messed it with but does say it works and only needs mirrors cleaned

What would a fair price be for something like this or is it even worth anything?
