Looking for offbeat/weird things to do, aside from casinos and shows? (more info inside)

My girlfriend and I are visiting 2/11-2/14 and are looking for some more...odd...things to do in Vegas. I've got our casino, drinking, and Vegas show plans covered. I've found a few "odd" things to do (scorpion shot at Nacho Daddy, Bodies World Exhibit, and the zombie apocalypse store). I'm sure Vegas offers more odd things to do...whether they be activities, sights, or foods (I'm down for any insects or weird animal meats). Can you guys help me out?
