Which hotel for one night- cleanliness

I’m debating on a few hotels but I’m only staying 1 night. I have a friend who is very particular in cleanliness and another who has a non-dairy, fish only diet. I’m looking at Flamingo, Luxor and Excalibur. Which do you prefer? I only care about parking being available and being in a nice area to walk around at night (the strip).

Update: Also want to throw Planet Hollywood into the mix

If your choice is lead by cleanliness, you need to choose PH and stay away from Excalibur and Luxor. If you want the best cleanliness for the price and also the best location, go to Park MGM
