Anyone know where I can buy frying cheese (Latin cheese made to be fried)?

Basically the title. I’m hoping to find some from the brand “Tropical” but will settle. I can’t find any in any groceries I’ve looked, and would like to avoid having it shipped to Me. If anyone has tried freezing the cheese for later, I could give that a shot.
Note: I am not looking for mozzarella sticks or anything similar. I’m looking for a solid block of white cheese that browns and crisps when fried.
