Hello, just wondering what the day to day is like at an office as to how projects come in and are assigned and how people and teams work together? I’m sure it varies depending on how long you’re there or how big the firm is....
Can anyone sort of lay out expectations for someone inexperienced and what they should expect from a manager?
Obviously a junior designer isn’t going to be leading a project team.
How do more responsibilities get added to your plate usually?
