Can my landlord tell me to vacate my apartment for an inspection?
Post Body

My landlord is selling the building I live in and said he wants everyone vacated from the property when the inspector gets here. I didn’t read anything anywhere saying that he can legally do that. I’d honestly feel more comfortable being here for the inspection and he’s trying to tell me I need to be gone for 2 hours starting at 9am from my home on my day off. I don’t feel like this is right and it doesn’t make sense to me. I pay rent to live here and I feel like it’s my right to be here. Can he legally tell me I have to leave my apartment for this?
