Hello, my family leases out a few SFH and one of them hasn't had a rent increase since 2019 and is now on a month to month contract.

Never followed the AB 1482 notice requirement and that was never sent out. However, this SFH does fit the requirements to be exempt.

What are my options to get a rent increase beyond the 10% minimum I can do?
Can I send the exemption notice now?

Ultimately I want to give a 60 day notice to end the current lease. But not having given the AB1482 exemption notice I'm not sure what else I have to do whats possible.

Thanks
