Post Body

I live in an apartment complex, I've made all my payments on time but this month, I forgot to make a payment.

I realized today and I went ahead and paid before I got home from work. However, there was a notice to vacate on my door (with no mention of this being a three day notice.) Simply stating that I had until the 12th to vacate.

Is this legal? I thought they needed to give me a 3 day notice and also, what can they do now that I've paid? This seems incredibly disgusting
