Prospective landlord here, under contract. Could someone point me to a solid resource for landlord and tenant laws in Maine? Obviously have read the relevant state statutes, but was hoping there might be an easy quick reference/cliff notes sort of resource that I may have overlooked vice having a lawyer on stby.
Also open to any and all decent advice for a newb.
And I know this is Reddit, y’all can be harsh AF! Take it easy on me…
